I'm committed to continually expanding my horizon and getting certified in more; the path of growth is never-ending! And just like that, summer break came to a close.
So incredibly grateful that i was able to have my little twin by my side throughout this season. So lucky to have her to set an example for. So blessed to have our miracle to build my days around. So excited to be even more involved in the school year to come. 🥹💘🌙

What an awesome finish to an awesome Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training Summer Olympics! 🥇
Not only did our team take 1st place, but so many of our GOATs had personal 1st place finishes, including our own Aaron Morgan taking 1st place overall, and Heidi Calhoun being named the MVP!!! 💙
Team bonus challenges brought us all together, individual events made us cheer and push each other on, and the Olympics as a whole gave us a way to keep chasing goals throughout a long, humid summer. Coach Matt, Coach Jonah, and myself are so proud of our team and everything they accomplished! 🐐
So many people tried yoga with me for their first flow ever. I watched a number of people try hard things; so many back squat PR’s! ALL of the members and teams really outdid themselves and were so fun to watch. Seeing everyone bond, despite the teams were on, was a true testament to the character and love of this community. 🤗
Can’t wait for next year’s challenges and fun! Hopefully one Hyrox simulation was enough for Coach Dan. 🥵 And you’re welcome for my partner run suggestion that was accepted! 🤭
