Days when the scale doesn't move.
Days when life gets busy.
Days when you're tired from taking care of everyone else and wondering if it's even worth it.

❌ MYTH #1: Lifting weights will make you bulky. ✅ FACT: Most women don't have the hormones needed to build large amounts of muscle. Strength training helps you look firmer, stronger, and more toned.
❌ MYTH #2: Cardio is better for fat loss. ✅ FACT: Cardio is great for heart health, but strength training helps preserve muscle, boosts metabolism, and supports long-term fat loss.
❌ MYTH #3: I'm too old to start lifting weights. ✅ FACT: Research shows women can build strength, improve bone density, and gain muscle well into their 70s, 80s, and beyond.
❌ MYTH #4: Light weights are all I need. ✅ FACT: To maintain muscle and strength as we age, your body needs a challenge. "Pink dumbbell syndrome" isn't the answer.
❌ MYTH #5: Strength training is only about appearance. ✅ FACT: Strength training is about independence. Carrying groceries, getting off the floor, climbing stairs, traveling, and living life on your terms.
The goal isn't to be skinny.
