There’s something special about watching the sun rise over the ocean, and adding a few rounds of sauna heat to that view makes it even better.

Some mornings, the hardest part is simply getting out of bed. Leaving the warmth, snuggling my wife and kids a little longer, and heading out into the cold before the sun comes up.

But then there are mornings like this. 🌅

The sky lights up, the ocean reminds you to slow down, and the sauna starts to warm. Suddenly, you remember exactly why you do it.

The late nights, the early mornings, the challenges of running a small business — it’s all worth it when I get to spend my days promoting wellness, bringing people together, and helping others feel their best in a place as special as this.

I feel incredibly blessed that this is what I get to do. And I’m equally grateful for every person who chooses to share a sauna with us, take a breath, embrace the cold, and be part of this community.

There’s something about the ocean that puts things into perspective. Some mornings, you just have to show up to be reminded of how much you have to be grateful for.

Starting October 30, we’re bringing Friday evenings to Fortunes Rocks Beach.

We’re opening up two evening sessions every Friday at 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM, weather permitting.

We’ll be at Fortunes Rocks Beach in Biddeford Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 7am–7pm.

🔥 New sauna session every 90 minutes, starting at 7am
🌊 75 minutes of sauna + ocean plunge — $30/person

Come warm up, sweat it out, and take a cold plunge in the Atlantic.

Grateful to be part of the Maine Marathon again this year! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It’s always a fun event, but there’s something pretty inspiring about being surrounded by so many athletes who put it all on the line and give it their all to go the distance.

It was especially great hearing from so many runners about how much the sauna helped them recover after the race, loosen back up, and feel a little more like themselves again. 🔥

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, sweated it out, and shared a few minutes with us.
