Let's get a little bit vulnerable, shall we?

It's not fun or comfortable to share hard parts of life or business. But I think it's incredibly important. If we only share the highlights and make it seem like things are always on an upward trend, then when someone else comes into this business and has a down or hard season they think they're failing or bad at it and that is the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone in any business ever goes through down seasons. And it's where most of your growth happens to get you out of the valley and to the next peak.

Right now my business has been in one of those valleys. It's in one of the lower seasons I've had in my 6.5 years. As much as it's not the most fun place to be, it's an important one too. It forces me to reflect on where I need to grow and improve, to look at what habits have contributed to it and remind myself of how important this business is to me. Not only for my family and I, but for my team, clients, and future team and clients.

It'd be easy to quit and say it's not working, act like it's constantly on the up and up, or blame it on anything besides me since there are factors outside of your control in any business. OR I could share what's real to help others get through their down seasons, take responsibility for every part of my business I can control, and honor God by continuing to grow the business He gave me with the abilities He gave me and show what happens when you keep working through the valley. Because there's ALWAYS a peak on the other side of a valley.

And thank God for the group of women He put around me that lead by example in seasons of excellence AND struggle to help others get through struggle too. It matters who's in your circle and in your ear reminding you you have Kingdom work to do and your feelings are not facts.

I'm also thankful everyday that a valley doesn't change the fact that my business is still doing incredible things for my family and still helping a lot of people.

So while my business might be in a valley, it WON'T stay there. Now begins the climb to another peak with more wisdom, growth, belief, and impact. You can watch or come with. Either way I'm going🚀

Over 6 years in of these products, the education, and this lifestyle keeping me looking and feeling healthy, confident, and happy. Looking like you want again AND feeling amazing is the ultimate health win🙌🏼

I've been really lean and looked great when I did bodybuilding but felt depleted, exhausted, and HANGRY. Low body fat and muscles showing but my body was being deprived of a lot that it needed to thrive.

I've felt really great inside with plenty of energy, strong, and overall so healthy but looking in the mirror or putting on clothes I wasn't feeling confident and happy with what I saw or how my clothes fit. Even though I was fueling my body well overall and going to the gym 4-6x a week, I found myself going through the motions at the gym without pushing myself and being a little too lax with the treats I added on to the whole foods and good nutrition I was following.

I'm so thankful to have now found the sweet spot of both. Whole foods a majority of the time, premium supplements to fill in the gaps and optimize my body's function, treats sometimes without guilt or going overboard (thanks to optimizing my body's function and signaling🙌🏼), and intentional work in the gym to keep getting stronger and build vitality to live a long and healthy life.

And in turn I'm happy and confident with what I see in the mirror, the way my clothes fit, and feel my best ever at 38 years old. Not by focusing on a number on the scale but my nourishing my body, moving and strengthening it, and pouring into my mental health through Scripture, prayer, personal development, and the people I surround myself with.

I never would have thought my life and health would keep getting better the later into my 30's I got but I'm SO grateful that's my reality and I just want to show others the way to do the same🫶🏼

I don't share these to brag or show off. This business and my success in it is all God's doing and I'm here doing my best to obediently build it in the incredible place He put me and with the purpose and vision He put in me for it.

The root of that vision and purpose is changing other people's lives. The products transforming your guys' health and confidence. The business that allows you to have that, but also transform the rest of your life. Your income, choices and freedoms of how you spend your time, life-giving community around you, travel, making a huge impact on others in and out of your business, and growing into an incredible version of yourself. Without having to trade your time for money away from your loved ones while you do it. Then you get to share that same opportunity with as many other people as you want and build something beautiful, purposeful, impactful, and TRULY lifechanging.

I'm watching friends double and triple their nursing and teaching pay and getting to choose if and when they still want to work those jobs. I've surpassed what my income was at a high end jewelry store before I decided to stay at home with my kids. I can't guarantee you'll do the same because I don't know your work ethic but I can show you it's possible and I will match your effort to help you build as big as you want.

You've gotta stop counting yourself out and thinking you're just stuck where you're at forever. I show you these to show you what's possible and that I can help you build the same. I counted myself out for a long time and THANK GOD He kept this on my heart until I took a chance on myself.

Ya sure you could listening to people who will tell you not to try because it probably won't work. Or that your dreams are silly and unrealistic. Because those are easy ways out for people who don't want to face the fact that it DOES work if you do and it's only silly to expect your dreams to come true if you aren't willing to work and grow for them.

And most people aren't willing to put in the work in the dark or look silly in the light to be the person capable of those dreams. So they definitely don't want to see someone they know succeed and be a reminder to them that they could if they really wanted to. DO IT ANYWAYS.

Be willing to such and look a little cringe to get better. Embrace being uncomfortable to get closer each day to that person capable of the vision. Your brain is wired to keep you safe and comfortable but the cool thing is you can retrain your brain to be more positive and see discomfort as progress instead of danger. And that changes EVERYTHING. Because you know you get better everytime you get uncomfortable.

And here you have a HUGE community of people who encourage you, love you, and lead you to being that version of yourself. Even when it doesn't benefit them. Because that's the heart and culture of Arbonne.

So you can keep letting the other crabs in the bucket try to keep pulling you back down with them and never know what would happen if you tried this, or recognize your potential and impact is more important than their opinions and keeping them satisfied and let me and this community build you up and be the support system who isn't threatened by others succeeding too🫶🏼

My 5th GTC in Vegas and my 2nd here as a VP.

One thing I can tell you is that it just keeps getting better here. Every year I'm even more sure this is where God wants me to be to serve and lead people and excited about where this company and my team are going and how different Arbonne is in an industry that's often misrepresented, misunderstood, and underestimated in itd ability to truly transform people's lives.

Only 2 days in this year and I already know this is going to be the best year yet. I have this deep feeling of purpose, excitement, alignment, peace, and vision for what's coming in the growth and direction of my leadership, my team, and our company as a whole.

I'm not here to create hype to get people to sign up or bring attention to what I've accomplished because it's not about me.
