The shoulder is a complex joint that moves in many directions, thus you need to train to stabilize in all planes.

This simple series hits most muscles of the shoulder girdle.

Injuries with the squat and deadlift occur when the load exceeds your body’s ability to manage it. This doesn’t mean don’t do it

It means do it within your means.

You squat everyday and likely lift things from the ground weekly. Train like it.
