This Victims’ Rights Month in Alabama, I want to speak directly to every victim and every family carrying a story that changed your life forever.

I know what it feels like to not be heard…
To feel like your pain is overlooked…
To question if justice will ever truly reflect what was taken from you.

There are moments where the system feels cold, where your voice feels small, and where the weight of it all feels too heavy to carry. And in those moments, it’s easy to feel forgotten.

But hear me when I say this:

Your voice matters. Your story matters. YOU matter.

Being a victim does not make you powerless.
Your voice is your power.
Your truth is your strength.

Even when the outcome isn’t what you hoped for…
Even when justice doesn’t feel complete…
Your voice still has the ability to create change, to bring awareness, and to help someone else feel less alone.

Do not be afraid to speak.
Do not be afraid to tell your story.
Do not be afraid to stand in your truth.

Because every time you choose to rise, to speak, and to be seen—you are turning pain into purpose.

To every victim and every family:
I see you. I hear you. I stand with you.

And this month—and every month—we will continue to use our voices until change comes.

This has been placed on my heart for a reason… 💙

In honor of Crime Victims & Survivors Month, I’m creating a space for those who have experienced trauma, violence, or loss and need somewhere to feel seen, heard, and supported.

This will be a guided workshop—not just a gathering.

A place where:
You don’t have to explain your pain
You don’t have to be strong
You don’t have to carry it alone

📍 Homewood, Alabama
đź’˛ $22 per person

Details and registration are coming soon…

If this speaks to you, comment “INFO” or send me a message so I can make sure you get early access when spots open 💙

Something has been on my heart lately to do more than Just Speaking Events!! 💙💙🩵🩵

April is a month that represents so many people who are hurting, healing, and trying to find their way forward.

So I’ve decided to do something bigger than just speaking…

I’m creating safe spaces.

Spaces where:• You don’t have to explain your pain• You don’t have to be strong• You don’t have to pretend you’re okay

Over the next few weeks, I will be hosting a series of small, intentional workshops in Homewood designed for:

💙 Victims and families affected by violence💜 Survivors of sexual assault🤍 Those walking through deep grief and loss

These won’t be just “events”…They will be spaces for healing, connection, and real conversations.

If you’ve ever felt like no one truly understands what you’re carrying…

👉 I want you to know: you are not alone.

More details, titles, and registration info coming soon.

If this speaks to you—or someone you know—comment “💙” or send me a message so I can make sure you get the information first.

Let’s walk through this together.
