Because of that, when I went to bulk order some more bottles I couldn’t get the clear ones anymore. If you see either bottle just know it’s the exact same thing just different packaging and will be in black bottles going forward😅

So… Magnesium Mist is officially here.

Magnesium plays a role in so many things in your body — sleep, muscle soreness, stress — and the reality is, a lot of us aren’t getting enough of it.

This is just a really simple way to support that.
We use it after baths, before bed, or anytime we need to wind down a bit — especially with sore muscles or growing pains.

One thing I always like to mention — you might feel a little tingling or itching at first. That’s actually really common (especially if you’re low), and most people notice it fades the more consistently they use it.
