Scenes of summer in the tea and medicine gardens lately✨

Anyone who spends time with plants, gardens and soil know how intense this time of year can be. But we’re grateful to be swimming in vibrant marigolds and juicy elderberries, harvesting bee balm, chamomile, anise hyssop, blue cornflower, tulsi, basils and so much more for our herbal blends. Our small operation means that sometimes certain blends sell out, but rest be assured we’re working hard drying and gently processing plenty more of our farm-to-cup herbal teas to keep you nourished all year round! Thank you for drinking our small-farm-grown herbs and in turn, deepening your connection to the plants and land that provide us with so much. 💛

Here in the gardens we’re harvesting these sunny flowers almost every day. They then get gently dried & blended into our herbal blends. Bringing a burst of sunshine and nourishment to every cup. 🌼 An ode to calendula!

Our signature ‘Petal Mint’ blend is inspired by the vibrancy of Spring and we can’t help but fawn over the POP of color these peony petals bring!

In addition to Peony, this week we’ve been harvesting & drying Peppermint, Nettle, and Lemon Balm to re-stock and blend many of our staple blends. The work of growing never stops, and while it is truly a labor of love, it’s oh so worth it for the extra flavorful and powerfully nutritional brews you get with each cup. 🫖❣️

We’re loving the Spring season but we’re tired of the constant seasonal allergy sniffles! This is our go-to herbal infusion for seasonal allergy support.

Stinging nettle is a powerhouse plant and a staple in many of our blends. It’s packed with natural anti-histamines, can help reduce inflammation & reduce congestion. Elderflower is a wonderful immune supporting botanical, and combined with oat straw for extra minerals & grounding nourishment!

Swirl in some honey! We love using local, raw wildflower honey to add some additional allergy relief support.
