June at NHY means longer evenings, gentle breezes from the fans, flip flops outside the door, and community gathering in all the little ways that matter.
This month’s schedule is full of opportunities to practice, learn, restore, connect, and nourish something deeper within yourself. From Iyengar and Qigong to trauma-informed offerings, sound baths, workshops, and community care…there’s a little something here for every season of the nervous system.
A reminder that yoga is not just movement. It is conscious relationship with breath, with self, with community and with the world around us.
