Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great Memorial Day weekend! I just wanted to let everyone know that tomorrow (5/25) will be my last day training in Illinois and at Unum Fitness. This has been an amazing opportunity, but greener pastures are on the horizon for me in a new state. If anyone is interested in seeing me or doing a session tomorrow, let me know! Otherwise, I wish you nothing but health and wellness, and I will catch ya on the flipside! 💪🏾😁🌴🌵

⁉️Who doesn't love a FREE workout!? Come join me for a heart-pumping, sweat-dripping HIIT workout this Friday at 6:00pm! The workout includes a warm-up, a 28min HIIT workout (TABATA this week), a 10min core workout and ends with cool-down stretching. Feel free to bring a friend, and ask if you have questions! And yes, this first class is free! 💪🏾

PUSH YOURSELF! If you are ever working out, and you think to yourself, "That was easy, I'm not even tired," then you are not done with that workout yet! The point of training is to push yourself farther than you have gone before. Pain and struggle encourage growth. If you are feeling the burn and uncomfortable, you are doing it right! This tip doesn't just apply to the gym, you can use it in all aspects of life. Remember: No one is going to do it for you, and Nothing changes, if nothing changes.
