What’s the difference between the NEW Lunchbox Keto Lasagna and the Keto Lasagna?? 12 additional ounces of Not Your Grandma’s Gluten and Carb Filled Lasagna.

I start with pure Alfredo Sauce …nothing but full fat whipping cream, house grated Romano to keep away the cellulose, garlic and salt. Then I mix in a little No Sugar Red Sauce for the MOST delicious pink sauce and make the first layer even better with fire-toasted peppers and onions. Then comes a boatload of lean diced chicken and ricotta.

So what’s the pasta replacement? None other than a thick layer of baked Fattyhead, that you might know by now if just a crust made from mozzarella, almond flour, Non GMO eggs from Aulgur Livestock, and cream cheese. You guys…this stuff is OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS!! 😂

So grab the lunchbox for work, or the 18 ouncer for the fam at home and add a salad for an easy dinner for 3!

Ricotta Cake! A very simple, dense, slightly sweet cake made from just 5 ingredients. Ricotta, Eggs, Coconut Flour, Allulose, Dash of Salt. Even though there are not very many eggs, it has a hint of custard texture. Low carb (allulose has zero glycemic indent) and diabetic friendly. Quite filling!!

Four people tasted it and approved. Should have some in the case tomorrow .
