Reminder for you DIYers who order shipped, baked fattyhead. You can sub in pizza crust for pasta and make lasagna. I did make it thicker for this version at Chrisolyn's Gluten Free Bakery, and it’s the middle layer with the ricotta mix right on top. Veggies are ONLY on the bottom so the moisture does not soak into the crust. So beyond delicious! (I use pink sauce: part Alfredo, part marinara).

Probably cannot ship Monday as it’s looking still too hot but I hope the following week.

I’ll close orders tomorrow for the 24 open states, ship all orders out on Monday, wait till end of week to check check the temperature forecast for the following Monday and see if we can do another week as we wind down this brutal summer! Make sense?? 😜

Fatty made a crabby patty. The traditional Rangoon shape ain’t gonna hold up with such a cheesy dough. So crabby hand pie? Crabby calzone? Meat pie ala crab?

🦀 And FYI, this is REAL crabmeat to keep it definitely gluten free. Chunky goodness inside…not all creamy empty smoothness like those “Where’s The Meat” Rangoons on the Chinese buffets…Boo, Hiss!!

Will test the reheat tomorrow and then perhaps offer them at Gluten Free & More Store by Chrisolyn's & Fattyhead.
