Really like using the HEROBOARD modality with clients to increase Metabolic Output. The varying angles of this device creates different speeds, loading, and Force Vectors on the body. Definitely worth integrating into your program.

Knowing how you breathe is an often overlooked metric in Health and Wellness. Through Spirometry testing with metalyzer 3B from my friends treadmills, Spirometry Testing can help identify your body’s current capacity to maximize your breathing versus the capabilities your body has to breathe efficiently. This has a direct effect on your nervous system and how you use food as fuel in addition to keeping up with how hard you work during a workout.

Minute Ventilation ( V’E) shows how much air you breathe in and out every minute of exercise. This information is very valuable because it shows hard your lungs are working to meet the demands of exercise. This metric is one of many that the CoreTex Metalyzer 3B from my friends at by way of provides to help our clients construct a program to get them to their goals. Your Respiratory Quotient (RQ) wears many hats. It’s a Storyteller, a Regulator, a Thermostat, just to name a few. Knowing how your body uses food as fuel through RMR testing provides the RQ information to tell your body how it uses Fats, Protein, and Carbs as fuel and is also the body’s main processor. Do you know your RQ? Do you know how your body uses food as fuel? To find out more, click in calendar link in bio to schedule a complimentary consultation.
