She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Towson University in Towson, Maryland before getting a Master of Science degree for Advanced Practice Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. She started her nursing career in 2010 and has been a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2014. Mandi was destined to help and serve others since her

diagnosis of type 1 diabetes in 1990. She is an advocate for those she cares for and strives to promote wellness and health confidence for her patients and families. Mandi’s special health interests include nutrition, exercise, diabetes, and childhood obesity.
