An awesome day bringing 60 North Sauna to Sigma Chi at UM for a college wellness event with Sweat & Soak.
A lot of first-time sauna guests, great energy, and a steady rotation through the heat all afternoon. Thanks to Sweat & Soak and Sigma Chi for having us out!

A big thank you to my friend and fellow firefighter, Tia, for bringing me this sauna hat from Finland and lending me this incredible book on Finnish sauna culture. Grateful for good friends and the chance to keep learning. 🇫🇮🔥

Every session is a little different, but the goal is always the same: slow down, disconnect, and enjoy the heat.

Löyly (pronounced LOW-loo) is the Finnish word for the steam created when water meets hot stones. For many, it's the heart of the sauna experience.
