Tickets are now available at the early bird price ($177) until May 23!! Ingrid is the third founding member of Gather Midwest. Ingrid Benecke-Chiles is a Multi-Disciplinary Community Builder, Space Holder, and Yoga Teacher weaving threads of connection through education, hospitality, and healing arts. Forever a student, Ingrid is currently studying traditional ecological knowledge(), earth medicine, wild arts () , and is advancing towards becoming a yoga therapist & doula. Her current endeavors are now housed under the Village Education Foundation (.edu.foundation) which invests in community building efforts through prioritizing humanities, arts, as well as environmental & cultural preservation. Her work aims to inspire reverence for nature & art through place-based education & serves as a bid to “revillage” our communities more sustainably. 🌎

Motherhood & Microschools are her current creative modalities where she’s reminded to center play and highlight social, emotional, and embodied intelligence on a daily basis at Forest City Village School and at home. Ingrid currently tends her homestead & future retreat center where families come together to foster presence, community & meaningful connection. ⭕️🏡

Allow us to introduce you to Karen 🌈📸⚡️

“After immigrating to the U.S. as a child without speaking English, she first picked up a camera at just 7 years old — discovering photography as a powerful form of expression.”

As our headshot photographer Karen will help ease you into the experience of showing up on camera & in-person. Gather is an event designed to meet you where you are at in your creative process without judgement. It’s the reason we put so much care into presenters and contributors & do our best to ensure everyone feels welcome. We love seeing headshots still being used from past events as timeless captures of each creative we’ve seen expand and grow since our last gathering. These shots might just be used by some as their own personal yearbook photo to commemorate their own unique passage through 2026 & we are here for that too 🎞️

“Photography is an extension of my zest for life!”What started as a way to connect without words became a lifelong passion rooted in creativity, connection & expression.

Years later, after spending 15 years in the corporate world and feeling disconnected from her creativity, she returned to the camera with a renewed purpose: to create bold imagery that makes people want to LIVE their story.
Today her work is a balance fueled by her passion to “live out loud” as well as “living in the moment” - capturing more than just moments but images that are palpable.

⚡️Meeting the Makers of Gather 💐🕸️❣️
Stevie Rozean (, ) is one of the founding members of Gather! Though she can’t be with us in person this year, she’s rooting us on from her home in California!

From Stevie: “I’m so happy that Gather is being revitalized by Ingrid, Celia, and other incredibly talented women in Springfield! I so wish I could be there. It was such a pivotal resource to me when we held our first events a few years ago, during the beginning stages of my creative career. Gather is a place to nurture and find community, and it’s community that has propelled my personal growth AND my business growth.”

Stevie is an event producer crafting full-service, nature-immersive, and values-backed weddings and weekend experiences through her company Wildly Collective. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and is a contributing editor for The Good Trade where she writes personal essays and product reviews of sustainable brands.

Stevie is also a multi-disciplinary artist and shares her work on her Substack Mixed Multitudes.

At Gather we carve out time for a grounded yoga flow class to help integrate and relax before we part ways. We have found this to be one of the most loved parts of the day! We are grateful to welcome back our favorite beloved local yogi, Jayme Sweere whose love for others and sharing her own practice spills into her work, service, and art.

Jayme Sweere is a Trainer and Yoga Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people build a more skillful, harmonious relationship with their bodies. Her work blends strength training, functional movement education, wise recovery, and nervous system–informed practices to help people address pain, restore coordination, and move with greater ease while making sustainable progress.

With a background as a professional basketball player, Division I strength and conditioning coach, rehabilitation and performance coaching, and personalized practice prescriptions, Jayme brings a deep understanding of how to build capacity without overwhelm or burnout. She helps clients clarify meaningful goals and train in ways that support both performance and longevity through layered assessment and individualized guidance.

MEET THE MAKERS OF GATHER 🩵⚡️

A force for good, Celia aims to facilitate genuine, thoughtful connection for sustainable business and life. Having worn many literal and figurative hats, Celia provides a wealth of wisdom from her many endeavors. Previously, Celia was a partner at Wildly Collective and has vast experience in curating meaningful events. Presently, she is the CX manager at Needed, and is in her favorite and most important role yet as mom to two vibrant littles.

Celia’s first Gather was part of a shared dream to network & uplift other creatives in ways that felt nourishing, grounded, and intentional.
