We’re beginning a pilot program! This offering will be a 2 hour, 2:1 session with both Danny and I. We have 4 spots available, and during the pilot the cost is only $75 for the full two hours.

We’ll begin with a chat to see what you’re wanting to work on, we’ll move into a grounding and drop into the body, and from there we will use body reading, somatic cues and attunement to choose from a myriad of skills. Activated? We’ll start with somatics. Low energy or stuck? Perhaps we’ll start by asking the body questions and go from there.

This is for anyone feeling something stuck, something that needs dislodged, nervous system regulation, energy healing and relaxation, coming back into your body awareness and more.

The skills we bring to the table include:

🌟Reiki

🌟Intuitive energy work

🌟Muscle testing + body reads

🌟Facilitator training

In addition to this, we promise to end with you grounded and aware. We will not split something open, or activate intensity without bringing you back to your body.

Integration sessions are available as well, at a cost of $60 for one hour with Danny, the integration specialist. 😁 These are helpful to do a couple or few days after a big experience. Danny’s integration sessions are usually $115 an hour.

Huge wooden signs that held the container in the meadow for the somatic four directions journey. Our kids helped paint them, and they looked truly magnificent on tall, 6 foot frames in the field. If you zoom in to the right of the ‘S’ you’ll see a secret painting barely visible, and 100% South energy.

We had an absolutely transformative time at The Wild Sovereign Campout. Our somatic 4-directions workshop was through-the-roof exciting to witness. Everyone who showed up to be vulnerable in community, to see and be seen, did such an incredible job. Thank you for allowing us to guide an experience that took so many of you to a deep space.

We look forward to stewarding many more experiences of this kind in the future! Stay tuned and stay wild friends.

I’m honored to share that Earth Dream will be facilitating a somatic Four Directions circle at the Wild Sovereign Campout, May 1-3, at Ripple Ranch (just past Lucky Peak).

This gathering brings together a group of highly skilled practitioners to explore three phases of embodied, somatic transformation: Forage, Weave, and Retrieve. Earth Dream will be guiding the Retrieve phase by supporting participants in reconnecting with parts of themselves that are ready to be felt, expressed, and integrated.

I’ll be offering a ceremonial experience called Somatic Retrieval Through the Four Directions.

This is a movement-based journey through a Four Directions circle, where participants will be invited to explore different aspects of themselves through the body rather than through words or analysis. Beginning close to the ground in the East, and moving through vitality (South), mystery (West), and maturity (North), we’ll engage the full spectrum of the human experience through authentic, expressive movement.

This work is rooted in a belief that the body knows how to heal when given the space and permission to do so.

We’ll be supported by live drumming, a strong team of trauma-informed assistants, and the group's collective field as we move, feel, and listen for what is ready to be reclaimed.

I’m excited about the full arc of this event. Alongside this offering, the weekend will include:

• Voice activation & primal movement with Shane Kipper(Cosmic Pulse)
• Tactile crown weaving & energetic work with Lumi Rene
• Breathwork yoga with Korenna Aster
• Energy readings & integration support with Mindy Martin Wood
• Ecstatic dance, drum circles, sauna, cold plunge, and time on the land

This will be a container for slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering what it feels like to be fully in your body and in relationship with the world around you.
