I’m excited to share that my first regularly scheduled class at Life Time begins Tuesday, June 30 at 9:30 AM!

Beginning July 12, you’ll also find me teaching Sundays at 9:45 AM.

For my Eagle Yoga House | Transform your life friends, you’ll be happy to know that Tracy and Meredith are also teaching at Life Time. It’s wonderful to have familiar faces and a strong yoga community continuing to practice together.

If you’re already a member, I’d love to see you in class. If you’ve been exploring fitness and wellness options in the Treasure Valley, this is a great opportunity to experience all that Life Time has to offer. I have guest passes to offer anyone interested in checking out Life Time!

Your body works hard. Give it 45 minutes to unwind.

Join me on Saturday, June 20th at Noon at Kali Collective for a FREE Myofascial Release class designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and calm your nervous system.

Using tennis balls, therapy balls, and Juicy Rollers, we’ll gently work through areas of tightness and restriction throughout the body. You’ll learn simple, effective tools to release fascia, improve circulation, breathe more deeply, and leave feeling lighter, looser, and more regulated.

This class is perfect for athletes, yogis, desk workers, weekend warriors, and anyone carrying stress or PAIN in their body.
