New Offering 🥰

Sound baths are my most requested offering, so I will be having them twice a month.

With the weather finally heating up in the northeast, I'll be adding an outdoors virtual sound bath during the golden hour.

For Mothers Day weekend, I'm partnering with in Malden to bring you an in-person Chakra Alignment Sound Bath. If you've never experienced a sound bath in person I highly recommend👌🏽

Space is limited for everyone's health and safety so sign up now. All are welcome. The session will be offered virtually too!

I want to meet you, and your moms, and jam out with the instruments after class.

Bring any crystals or sacred items you'd like to be cleansed with sound.

To celebrate the woman who sparked my passion for the healing arts and nature's new year 🌱, I am launching my website, SylkTheChakra.com! I was so nervous and excited to tell her 😅

I have been intricately weaving my life to be able to do this full time. To go from only offering private sessions and community collaborations to also offer consistent public classes is such a blessing.

When I feel overwhelmed and start being hard on myself, this mantra of gratitude helps me remember I have everything I need to start.

I was finding it hard to locate people who didn't know me well to conduct a survey for my passion project, Sylk's Web. I knew how much it was needed but almost let the difficulties stop me. Then I remembered, I have everything right here. I just have to ask.
