Continuously develop the UCare solution is the #1 priority of U-ARK America. After discussing with several potential clients, we discovered the demand for a mechanism to handle the referral from hospitals. The function will require a temporary database to storage the referral cases. Much alike the reservation system in hotel management. So the engineering department proposed a prototype function. The function shows up a set of beds which may be empty in the near future (perhaps a week) and the date of admission (into the nursing home) for the current patient. [ 173 more words. ]

As CMS continue to research the performance of nursing homes, the new section GG will be releasing in the October of 2016. Since UCare system aims to auto-compile the MDS for the care coordinators, we also took a look at the new section GG and to boil it down to function level where UCare can deliver these pieces of information to the users.
