Turtle Healing Energy 🐢💚 has a 17th Anniversary this month, and I'm so grateful.

🐢 As someone said to me recently, "You've raised an adult!" which I thought was clever. It feels that way. Sooo many cycles and lessons, and much growth and wisdom.

Some of you can relate very well: Having a small business requires many roles, many details, work that doesn't end... and so much joy, peace and appreciation to do what I love and support you.

🐢 This month I've been giving my in-person clients a little gifty, and there's some big news to be announced next week. 💚

Even for a fiercely independent gal like myself, I'm learning and feeling the growing importance of connection and community.

My dog Sela is a social li'l lady, and she's taught me so much about meeting others where they're at, jumping up in excitement when seeing besties, and saying hello--keeping in touch--with friends. ❣🐾 She loves a diversity of friends, and we're so lucky.

"Send Love, not worry." 💚

🐢 I tell my clients and friends this often.

When you feel hopeless, feel badly for a human or animal in a tough spot, feel grief and sadness for a being or situation... it's easy to say things like "poor thing."

⚡️ I invite you to remember that your words matter.

So, what if you avoid "poor...," and instead try things like
+ "aw, sweet pup"
+ "beautiful kitteh"
+ "lovely human"
+ "strong ___" or "amazing ___"
+ and so forth

Your words are your wand... create (and say) energy that empowers those in a tough place. We got this.

And. You're human. You can always replace something you've said, and clarify your intention, response and wish.

This morning when I went to give a little water to my garden, the squirrel and bee water bowls, I saw this little cutie on my hose. 🐞🌟🙏🏼

For me, Ladybug 🐞 is
🐞 a hello from my dad (deceased 26+ years)
🐞 reminder that things are going to be okay
🐞 smile and some extra cheer
🐞 a lift for my day
