Bread making has become my new favorite hobby! I love the process and the science behind it, the way it makes my kitchen smell, the nostalgia, and the feeling of accomplishment when you pull a freshly baked loaf of bread out of the oven. It's a labor of love that can be frustrating at times but also oh-so-rewarding!

Happy Monday, friends! Whether you were there for the game, the commercials, or the halftime show, I hope you all had a great Super Bowl Sunday! I didn't attend a party but I did eat my weight in crab legs and reunited with friends over champagne brunch! It was a great weekend to be home!

If you need a quick, super easy, and tasty snack for Super Bowl Sunday, look no further than this no-bake Ranch Pub Mix!
INGREDIENTS:
6 oz miniature pretzels
6 oz Bugles (original flavor)
5 oz lightly salted peanuts
3 oz cheddar Goldfish crackers
*NOTE - I eyeball these measurements
1 envelope (1 oz) Ranch sald dressing mix
1/3 cup unflavored oil
METHOD:
In a large bowl, combine the pretzels, Bugles, peanuts, and Goldfish crackers. Sprinkle with the Ranch dressing mix and toss to combine. Drizzle with oil and gently toss with your hands until fully combined. Store in an airtight container. This recipe tastes best if you let it sit for at least a few hours before eating.
Enjoy!

to this past Oktoberfest when I made from scratch pork Wienerschnitzel and Spaetzle.

My dad is German so I grew up eating these foods but had never attempted to make them until last year - it was such a fun project and something I'm excited to create my own recipe for one day!

Even though it's well past Oktoberfest season, I felt like this post is still fitting because there is something so comforting about stick-to-your-ribs German food on a cold winter evening!

I served this the traditional way with pickled red cabbage, light green salad, and a wedge of lemon.

I've been on a major salad kick lately. This beauty layers a baby kale/spinach mix tossed with avacado oil and white wine vinegar - topped with roasted beets, sweet potato, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, avocado, green onion, raw tumeric sourkraut, and nitrate-free Cajun andouille sausage.
