Rebel Heart Health and Wellness Liz Gorman, a Nurse of over 26 years has made it her mission to help others become the best expressions of themselves, one breath at a time.

Rebel Heart Health & Wellness, owned by Liz Gorman, RN specializing in Meditation & Zero Balancing helps guide others in their journey into the widsom that we hold within. A native Marylander, Liz uses her experiences as a Gen X kid and having 6 siblings to guide her when she works with patients, clients, and teaching others about the wonders of Mindfulness and Meditation. Always ready to share ex

amples of how Meditation has changed her life, Liz is able to use her quick wit and humor to reach people where they are. Her transformation story from a perpetually exhausted and jaded but highly caffeinated night shift nurse to her current state of “Inner Wisdom Warrior” is one that she is willing and wanting to share. Certifications in Crisis Intervention, Meditation Instruction, and the therapeutic energy work of Zero Balancing, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and learning to her students, peers, and personal interactions. Liz helped create and co-leads the Foundations of Mindfulness class series currently offered to Luminis Health System yearly as well as offers free Meditation Mondays via Zoom. When not reading a book from her ever growing list of “To Be Read”, Liz can be found at the beach or at a concert, as her love of music and the ocean drive her to walk the way of a balanced life.
