No judgement zone...

I understand how society works after many years of being on my own having responsibilities to care for someone other than myself at 18 years old. This is where I learned I can only depend on myself.

Society would have me believe I am a failure because I was a teen mom, a single parent and not college educated. Today, it seems as if my success is also shunned upon. I surely didn't pick to choose to have a difficult start to my adult life.

However looking back and seeing how far I've come in my own spirituality, love for myself and community, the ability to think critically, to think for myself, not be influenced by societal norms and thriving at building my family life I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I did aspire to be a lawyer, hair stylist, daycare provider, baker and have a big family.

Daycare Provider ✅️ licensed 16 years

Baker ✅️ 7 years certified

Urban Farmer ✅️ 4 years certified underserved urban farm

Award winning Herbalist & Baker

Hair Stylist not certified and unsure if I have the desire to do this but I have years of experience from styling myself, clients & family

Lawyer no where near making this happen in lieu I self educated myself on matters important to move Society forward.

Big Family ✅️ we're just getting started!

Generational wealth is ours to have and my family will no longer suffer from the confines of racist oppressive policies.

The beginning of my Self-Care Journey began in 2006.

I was blessed so very blessed to have a p*p that was real. Not one that was there for the money and how many patients they can serve but one who was there and genuinely cared about your health and well-being.

Dr. Leela Krishnamurthy I'm forever thankful for you to be the guiding voice that lead me to this amazing journey of self discovery and the 1st to make me aware that I needed to pay attention to the size of my thyroid.

It all began with a request from my employer for FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) at the request of my P*P.

THIS IS WHEN MY ENTIRE LIFE CHANGED.

That FMLA was approved and out the door I went to find me a therapist counselor. I chose this route so they wouldn't prescribe me any medications. I needed to have a free and clear mind and I even dropped the w**d.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST DECISION I HAD TO MAKE.

For I beg you to make yourself the priority. Yes you're worth it and act so accordingly.

The road to healing was extremely difficult to address.

I'm on this journey honestly and unapologetically!

We're conditioned from childhood to accept and deal with traumatic bu****it.

Hi all I'm a mom to 6 only 4 at home
I had my 1st child at 18
My 2nd at 32
3rd & 4th at 36
5th at 38

I'm a small business owner since 2008 running a home based daycare

In 2019 we opened our family brand to openly discuss mental health and trauma in our community and the benefits of medical herbs including Cannabis.

Also to encourage women of color to have Dyadic and Group Conversions to address stress, Traumas, anxiety, depression, family & lifestyles management and happiness.

I began my journey as a homeless teen, homeless teen single parent with many demons and currently living life as Free as Im able as a Married Mom to many, Entrepreneur & Author.
