When it's too cold for a smoothie. I make tea and can't forget to mix in my Seamoss 😊. I use 1 spoon full. I love the fact I have as much energy🤸‍♀️ as my kids without caffeine☕. It allows me to get everything for my day done without going through the sluggish🐌 moments. I don't feel like I need a nap🦥 in the middle of the afternoon. Always a plus😉

I love my smoothies🍓🥭🍍!

The seamoss has totally changed my appetite🤓 as well as my husband's! He says since he has started taking it he feels like he doesn't need to consume as much food as he was before. He told me he felt hungry🍽 all the ⏱and that the large portions he was having before negatively contributed to his weight gain. He didn't seem to happy😕 about that. Adding the Seamoss infused with blackseed oil really helped improve things all around!
