Sometimes, one of the most important goals is helping a tooth that isn’t in the right position move safely into alignment.

In this case, our goal was to preserve the patient’s natural tooth and gradually guide it into a healthier, more functional position.

These two X-rays show the same patient at different stages of treatment — 10/30 and 07/10. The progress record allows us to see what’s happening beyond the smile: how the teeth and roots are responding and how the treatment is progressing.

Orthodontic movement takes time because teeth need to move gradually and under carefully controlled forces. That’s also why progress records and regular appointments are such an important part of treatment.

And this isn’t the final result yet — treatment is still in progress. 💜
