For this Month’s Women’s Wellowship, herbalist extraordinaire Susan Hoffman will give us a primer on all things herbal medicine, including but not limited to:
-🍃samples of medicinal plants that are growing right now that you too can incorporate into your garden and ultimately medicine cabinet
- 🍃samples of herbal medicines and preparations for us to taste and try
- 🍃plus a few of her top selling products for purchase (optional for those interested in bringing home a remedy).

In addition to practicing herbalism for the past 30 years, Susan has also studied stone medicine, Shamanism & earth medicine, medical intuition healing and more. Susan weaves these modalities into tailored, trauma-informed, one-on-one healing sessions and health consultations. Furthermore, Susan has used her training and wisdom to build a product line of herbal medicines and personal care products that can be purchased at co-ops and natural food stores throughout Vermont.

The cost for this class is $20 and includes Susan’s talk, samples to try while you're here and of course, a light and healthy meal.

Hey ya'll,
I want to introduce you to someone very special . . . Wanda Handel is not only one of the six practitioners that make up Wrights Mountain Wellness Collective, she's also someone who I have personally worked with on my own healing journey.

Wanda is a certified Advanced Holistic RN and Medicine Woman specializing in 1:1 and small group transformational experiences utilizing breathwork, voice and embodied practices, sound healing and reiki, and the cultivation of relationship with nature and plants.
She is a bridge builder between science and other ways of knowing with over 30 years of experience in Nursing and Neuroscience and training in Traditional earth and plant medicines. She brings a grounded presence to her work to allow you to relax, renew, reconnect and remember your innate power to heal. She is an educator and advocate for self-care practices for wellness and nervous system regulation (especially for Nurses and Providers) and a resource on harm reduction for psychedelics for mental, physical and spiritual health.
She is certified as a Psychedelic Practitioner from The Synthesis Institute, as a Breath and Voice Practitioner from the Anima Healing Institute and as a Microdosing Guide through the Microdosing for Healing Professional Facilitator Program.
Wanda lives in Corinth, VT with her husband and a pride of cats.
