Weight One Fat Minute This is not a page about being healthy it is a page about being fat and BECOMING healthy. We are looking for easy, realistic recipes and solutions!

Weight One Fat Minute is a fan page for my postcast about my struggle with fat. The podcast is about my ups and downs and daily struggles. It will include tips about what may work for you, words of encouragement, and we will talk about diet, and exercise. This is for fat people to share whats on their minds. I'm not 170 lbs. and a health expert, I'm 360 lbs. and want to be healthy for my grandchi

While I am sorry to say I am no longer doing the podcast, we still want to build a community where people can share their struggles and victories with being fat. share some recipes and hopefully make a few new friends. If we loose weight in the mean time......that's awesome! Share your tools that you are using even if that's just a word of encouragement! We are looking for easy, realistic recipes and solutions that can be used everyday!

Breakfast today is.......

My Version of a breakfast pizza. No, I won't eat both they're just there for the picture. It is a toasted English muffin, drizzled with olive oil and oregano topped with a slice of tomato, green peppers, onions, hard-boiled egg and just a little mozzarella cheese. A touch of kosher salt and a little more oregano leaves! Put in the broiler for about five minutes or until the cheese has brown on top.

Just to let you guys know, just because I don't post everyday, doesn't mean the battle and journey doesn't continue on a daily basis!

This was lunch yesterday! Zucchini spaghetti! I absolutely love this stuff and it really satisfies my craving for pasta!

So, I have not been posting pictures of hitting the gym everyday because I have not been going.  I've been getting bored...

So, I have not been posting pictures of hitting the gym everyday because I have not been going. I've been getting bored with going by myself. This does NOT mean I have been less active.

I have been walking at least 2 miles a day with my dog. (It's been great bonding time.) But today I will not be taking that extra 2 mile walk because of all the extra walking at work today! Over 11 miles by 2:30. Plus I was moving a ton of desks shown in the picture. Aside from the things I need to do at home tonight, I believe I have exercised ENOUGH today!
