Some good news worth sharing. 🎓

Our Chief Pharmacy Officer, Dr. Ashley Williams, is featured in Vanderbilt Business's Student Stories — a look at why she chose the Master of Management in Health Care program at the Owen Graduate School of Management and what she's building with it.

Ashley brings more than a decade of pharmacy experience to NPS Pharmacy, with deep expertise in 340B, medication therapy management, and patient-centered care. She's a 340B Apexus Certified Expert and a credentialed HIV pharmacist (AAHIVP), and she's doing it all while raising two kids in Nashville and finishing her degree next month.

On what changed: the Leadership Development Program, she said, "helped me become more self-aware and intentional in my leadership approach." Anyone who's worked with Ashley through a hard meeting or a hard call already knows what that looks like in practice.

Today, on the Tennessee Pharmacists Association Day of Giving, HartWinn Group (via NPS Pharmacy) is proud to donate $5,000 to the TPREF TPRN Fund in honor of Kevin Ray Hartman, PharmD, Founder & CEO Emeritus of NPS Pharmacy.

90 pharmacy professionals found hope and recovery support through the Tennessee Pharmacy Recovery Network this year. TPRN helps pharmacists, student pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians access confidential support, accountability, and the resources they need — before careers, families, and patient safety are put at risk.

Today, we pause to remember.

Ten years ago, 49 beautiful lives were taken, and countless others were forever changed in the tragedy at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando. While a decade has passed, the memories, the love, and the impact of those we lost remain with us.

At NPS Pharmacy, our hearts are with the victims’ families, the survivors, LGBT+ Center Orlando - The Center, and the entire Orlando LGBTQ+ community. We honor the courage shown in the face of unimaginable loss and celebrate the resilience, unity, and love that continue to shine brighter than hate.

The legacy of the 49 lives lost lives on through every act of compassion, every voice raised for equality, and every effort to build a more inclusive world.

Today, we remember.
Today, we honor.
Today, we stand together.

May we never forget the lives lost, the lessons learned, and the strength of a community that refused to be broken.
