Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. 👀

How you walk affects how energy moves through your body. Poor alignment, collapsing arches, or excessive rotation can reduce your speed, efficiency, and resilience while increasing wear and tear on your joints.

The good news? You can change how you walk, so you don’t just reduce injury risk, but move with ease and fluidity.

If you want to understand how your gait is affecting your running and learn how to improve it, let’s talk.

If you’veIf you’ve ever tried to “stretch” your upper back, you’ve probably noticed… it’s difficult to do.

You twist, pull, or round forward and maybe feel something, but that deep, stubborn tightness? It tends to stick around.

Unlike your neck or lower back which are inherently more mobile, your mid and upper back (thoracic spine) is built for stability and protection, not big, obvious stretches. That’s why traditional stretching often misses the mark—it simply can’t access those deeper, harder-to-reach areas.

Musculoskeletal pain isn’t complicated. We just make it complicated.

One of the most interesting things about pain is that the solution is rarely flashy or “sexy.”

Patients are often shocked by how simple the strategies are once we truly listen to the body. When you reverse-engineer pain, the body gives you the answer—and more often than not, it’s just one specific exercise that starts the entire healing process.

Simple. Targeted. Effective.
