Today, we are proud to shine the spotlight on Keri, our dedicated Speech Therapist in the Journeys Memory Care Program at Willow Springs.

At Willow Springs, Keri inspires fellow team members to lead with excellence, passion, and respect each day. Some people make a difference simply by the way they care, and Keri is one of those people.

In her role, Keri brings patience, kindness, and compassion to every resident she works with. She takes the time to truly connect with each person, meeting them where they are and ensuring they always feel supported, understood, and never rushed.

What stands out most is the genuine love and respect she shows our residents every day. Working with individuals living with dementia takes a special kind of heart, and Keri has that gift. Her calm presence, dedication, and expertise help create meaningful moments that make a real impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
