* Apply SPF 30+ daily.
* Avoid makeup for 24 hours if possible.
* Avoid excessive sweating, exercise, saunas, and steam rooms for 24 hours.
* Avoid exfoliants, retinol, and harsh skincare products for 5–7 days.
* Keep skin hydrated with moisturizer and plenty of water.
* Mild redness and sensitivity may occur and typically resolves within 24–48 hours.
