When you're have SEVERE as a result of and the ONE local police department is CONSTANTLY harassing you [no other local PD, Sheriff's or State Troopers do this to me- ONLY JOHNSTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT 🤔 And they REFUSE to acknowledge my BLUE ENVELOPE/and deny me being ... instead they illegally stop me. False arrest me. Defame my name. Impede my ability to earn income which impedes my overall ability to ACTUALLY begin from the ..
