Had so much fun at the BSU Business Expo today! 🩵 I loved getting to talk to people about acupuncture, answer questions, and pass out some acupressure rings. Such a fun experience and a great way to connect with everyone! 🪷🪼

Fun fact!! I broke my right wrist during my last semester of acupuncture school, so for the final 2 weeks of my internship, I had to learn how to needle with my left hand!

I also learned how to use chopsticks with my left hand!

I was a tourist of the left handed community 😂

A lot of people avoid acupuncture because they think the needles are the same size as the ones used for shots or blood draws.

I completely understand that fear it's actually something I worried about before I experienced acupuncture myself.

The truth? Acupuncture needles are incredibly thin about the thickness of a single strand of hair. They're nothing like the needles used for injections or blood draws.

Most people are surprised by how gentle and relaxing the treatment feels. Don't let a common misconception keep you from experiencing the benefits of acupuncture. You might be just as surprised as I was.

If you’ve ever wondered what cupping actually feels like, it’s like a deep tissue massage in reverse. Instead of pressing into the muscle, the vacuum gently lifts the tissue to release tension, boost circulation, and kickstart your body’s natural healing.

Ready to let go of that tight upper back? Link in bio to book!
