Do you know where to find your member ID card? You can access a digital copy of your member ID card using CareSource MyLife. Just follow these steps:

1️⃣ Sign in to CareSource MyLife at https://bit.ly/4cLsvvY or download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2️⃣ Choose “View my ID card,” from “Home”

3️⃣ Find your ID card at the top of the “My Plan,” page.

4️⃣ Ch️oose “More options,” to view the front and back of your card. You can also print, share or request a new ID card.
