🐾❤️‍🩹 We are so excited to share the heartwarming story of a very special Beagle who was welcomed into the home of a very special client of ours!

Winston is one of the many recent rescues from Ridglan Farms. After spending the difficult first part of his life as a research dog, he has now been welcomed into his fur-ever home! And he is finally getting the chance to experience all the things every dog deserves—soft beds, long walks, belly rubs, toys, treats, and, most importantly, unconditional love! 🩵

His wonderful new family can't wait to see his personality shine, build happy memories, and give him the safe, loving home he’s always deserved!!

Please keep in mind that as sweet and adorable as these dogs are, adopting a Ridglan Beagle is not for everyone. Sadly, most of these dogs have little to no socialization, are very fearful and have behavioral concerns that require a very patient and dedicated new home. Winston’s family was fully aware of this from the start and we can’t thank them enough for being the gentle, patient and positive change this little guy needed! 🐾❤️‍🩹💙🐶

🐾 Happy Friday everyone! This is a friendly heads up that there has been a sharp rise in social media scams targeting veterinary clinics. We recently had an unauthorized FB comment advertising t-shirts and mugs for purchase with an attached link. This was not associated with our clinic in any way. This scam has been reported and blocked, but we want to make sure everyone is aware of this. We will never have items for purchase on our social media accounts. Thanks for helping us keep this a safe space for our wonderful community! 🐾

🩷🎉 We have a fun surprise to share! Our wonderful technician Kayla has re-joined us part-time!! Despite living an hour away, she has started helping us on weekends again and we couldn’t be happier!! This is one smiley face we sure have missed!! 🐾🩷

🌟 February & March Pets of the Month – Double Feature! 🌟

We’re celebrating two months of wonderful pets and their families with a special double feature! From cozy couch companions to adventurous little explorers, we’re lucky to care for such amazing animals.

❄️ February Pets of the Month: Roxie, Petunia, & Cheeto ❄️

🐾 Roxie (6) – Pitbull mix
🐾 Petunia (5) – Pitbull mix
🐾 Cheeto (6) – Domestic Shorthair

This sweet trio kept their original rescue names, which we love! When they’re not relaxing on the couch together and sharing snacks, Roxie and Petunia are known for their post-bath zoomies while Cheeto enjoys the occasional catnip adventure.

Like many siblings, they sometimes get into things they shouldn’t eat, but at heart they’re very good babies.

Nicknames include:
💛 Roxie – Puhpoxie
💛 Petunia – Pututu
💛 Cheeto – Cheetz

We love seeing this lovable crew at the clinic and are so happy to feature them this month!

🌷 March Pets of the Month: Henry, Sophie, & Izzy 🌷

Miniature Dachshunds

This energetic trio keeps life entertaining! They love walks, playing in their big backyard, and curling up for naps together.

Henry was named after a family uncle (and fits perfectly as “Henry Hound Dog”), Sophie’s name just felt right for a sausage dog, and Izzy simply looked like an Izzy.

On special occasions, Henry and Sophie even ride along in a motorcycle sidecar wearing Doggles! Henry typically naps during the ride while Sophie enjoys all the new smells. Izzy hasn’t gone yet—she’s still a bit too adventurous—but her family is sure she’ll love it when her turn comes.

Their family says dachshunds are stubborn, loyal, clever, and full of personality—all packed into a mighty little tubular body!

💛 Thank you to these wonderful families for sharing their pets with us. We love being part of their care and look forward to celebrating more amazing pets throughout the year!

🩵 Everyone, meet Buddy! He may be tiny but he’s got a huge heart and this little guy has overcome many obstacles. From a back injury that left him paralyzed, to a recently broken tail, nothing stops this little guy. With the help of his very dedicated family and a fancy set of wheels, Buddy is living life to the fullest! We are so proud of you Buddy! 🐶🐾🩵
