Today it’s overcast and rainy.
Not the kind that makes me wonder if the sun will ever come out again,
but the kind that feels like a needed cleansing….nourishment after a long, quiet season.
A big spring rain. Thunderstorms.
Comforting, to me.
It feels like the perfect day to reflect on the wins, and the opportunities left behind a few weeks ago at Elision Playhouse.
The latest batch of edited photos coming through is such a reminder of how powerful it is when people come together to bring more hope into the world.
And how this work touches so many parts of my own story.
A part of being a witness to someone else’s story.
A part of how I make a living.
A part of how I continue to grow—stretching my capacity.
More capacity to live out love.
And at the same time, more awareness of how much more there is to grow.
Rain does that for me—it makes me reflective.
I’m so grateful to be learning how to hold both in my life.
It really is an honor to do this work.
As I continue to refine it, define it, and walk it out…
I’m reminded—
the small beginnings make the biggest difference.
