With a background spanning ecommerce marketing, merchandising, startup leadership, yoga, meditation, and personal recovery, she brings a rare blend of business strategy and genuine human connection to Coachiatry. But what makes her role especially meaningful is that it's personal. Like so many of our clients, she's experienced procrastination fueled by perfectionism, self-doubt, and the pressure to get everything "just right."

Meet Peter 👋

Peter Freed, founder & CEO of Coachiatry, knows firsthand that productivity isn’t just about willpower—it’s about how your brain works. As a licensed psychiatrist who has navigated ADHD and executive functioning challenges himself, his journey is both deeply personal and professionally informed.

During the 2020 lockdowns, Peter discovered something simple but powerful: working alongside someone—even virtually—changed everything. That moment sparked the idea for Coachiatry.

Today, Coachiatry is built on one core belief: human connection fuels focus. Through accountability, coaching, and community, Peter and his team help people move past procrastination and actually get things done—whether it’s writing a novel, building healthier habits, or managing everyday life.

Because sometimes, the key to productivity isn’t doing it alone—it’s doing it together.

For a while now, we’ve been operating under two names, Slothzero and Coachiatry, and honestly? They’ve grown into basically the same company. If you’ve ever been confused about the difference, you’re not alone… we’ve been untangling it ourselves.

✨ So here’s what’s changing:
-Going forward, we’ll be operating as Coachiatry.
-Our communications, and our new app launching THIS SPRING, will carry the Coachiatry name.
