Just as I was holding space for them .. they were unknowingly holding space for me..
During our one on one sessions I spoke about doing the work to heal & live free not just for you but for those generations after you..
I spoke about how our elders did the surviving we need to do the work to learn how to just BE.. live with ease, softness & vulnerability .. and to know we are more than what we DO.
I asked “if you don’t break the cycle who will? And if you do who will it benefit? “
Little did I know one of my favorite aunts, my prayer warrior transitioned as I was at this event…
We were healing together.. ✨
My mission is even clearer now..
