This Changed How I See Health
What if health isn’t something you have—but something you create?
If someone had told me a few years ago that health is something you create, I probably would’ve thought they were crazy.
But my perspective has changed.
In the last few years of working as a chiropractor, I’ve learned that health isn’t given to us by default, by luck, or even by genetics. It’s something we create—intentionally, actively, and over time.
I’ve been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life—elite athletes, office workers, babies, entrepreneurs, delivery drivers, artists, actors, musicians, and more. And across this diverse range of people, one truth stands out:
The healthiest people are the ones who take responsibility and create health for themselves.
Not necessarily the richest. Not the ones with the “best” genes or highest degrees.
But the ones who do the work.
And that’s the big secret:
Healthy people create health.
If that sounds strange—or if you’re not sure what I mean—don’t worry. You’re in the right place.
Welcome to Creating Health.
This newsletter is where I share everything I’ve learned from helping thousands of patients improve their health, naturally. My goal is to pass along the tools, habits, mindsets, and stories that can help you create your own version of health—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I’m starting this because I believe our healthcare system is failing too many people—and I want to be part of the solution.
I’ve helped thousands of individuals through private chiropractic sessions. But I know I can make a bigger impact. This letter is my way of reaching more people, more often.
Why this matters to me:
Unlike future emails, this one is a bit more personal—so you can understand why this matters to me, and what I hope to share with you.
I’ve always been a sensitive, empathetic person. Even as a kid, I could feel when someone around me was hurting. I didn’t understand it at the time, but over the years I learned how to manage that sensitivity—and ultimately use it as fuel for my life’s mission:
To help people suffer less by helping them become healthier.
What started as a vague desire to “make the world a better place” became a clear calling: teach people how to take control of their health.
Because here’s what I’ve seen, time and time again:
When someone is in physical pain, they’re often in mental and emotional pain too.
And the reverse is just as true.
That’s why I believe physical, mental, and spiritual health are deeply connected—you can’t truly have one without the others.
Why this matters to all of us:
When people are healthier, they don’t just feel better—they live better. They show up differently. They treat others better. They think more clearly. They contribute more. They create positive ripples that impact their families, workplaces, and communities.
You’ve probably seen this in your own life:
A friend gets injured and becomes angry or distant
A loved one develops a chronic illness and slowly retreats into anxiety or isolation
Pain changes people. And often, that change trickles outward.
That’s why I believe that teaching people how to create their own health—on all levels—is one of the most powerful ways to make the world better.
So, what will you find here?
In this newsletter, I’ll share the science, philosophy, habits, tools, and stories that can help you create better health.
Some of it will be based on research. Some of it will come from real patient experiences. And a lot of it will come from the quiet lessons life has taught me along the way.
I’ll talk about posture, movement, nutrition, mindset, spirituality, secrets of your body, and more.
(And if spirituality doesn’t land for you, think of it as ‘consciousness’ or ‘the part of you reading this right now.’ You don’t have to believe what I believe—just stay open.)
Because health is created on every level:
Physical, mental, and spiritual.
If you take one thing from this letter, let it be this:
You create your health.
No one else can do it for you. But that’s not bad news—it’s empowering. Because if you can create it, that means you have the ability to change it. Improve it. Reclaim it.
And I’m here to help you do just that.
Thanks for being here. I’m truly honored to share this journey with you.
