~ I have experienced the changes first hand and there’s science that explains why they happen.
~ As soon as I started practicing I felt my body resting deeply, now I see it in my students.
~ A Couple of days later I felt like the dark fog in my mind clearing. ~ It’s easy to practice it doesn't require concentration and can be done anywhere.
~ It works with the nature of the mind, once you properly learn to meditate, your mind and body take it from there and know what to do. You're going to feel the results whether you believe in meditation or not. Just like gravity, if you drop something it will fall regardless of your opinion about the theory of relativity.
~ Simply put, I feel better when I do ***** ¿Por qué la meditación védica? ~ He experimentado los beneficios personalmente y hay ciencia que explica por qué ocurren.
~ Tan pronto como comencé a practicar sentí que mi cuerpo descansaba profundamente, ahora lo veo en mis alumnos.

Because I deeply know the positive impact meditation has at an individual and social level.
I can see my students change, those first days as they begin to release stress, I see it in their posture, their attitude, how they relate to others.
Their awareness expands, they become more efficient, more energized, more stable.
With each meditation we develop a state of fulfillment inside that we can take into the world and then with empathy and understanding brighten the path for others. ****
Por que enseñas?

Porque sé profundamente el impacto positivo que tiene la meditación a nivel individual y social.
Puedo ver a mis alumnos cambiar, esos primeros días cuando comienzan a liberar el estrés y sentirse mejor internamente, lo veo en su postura, su actitud, cómo se relacionan con los demás.
Comienzan a ser mas conscientes, se vuelven más eficientes, tienen más energía, comienzan a sentirse más estables.
Con cada meditación desarrollamos un estado de satisfacción interior que podemos llevar al mundo y luego, con empatía y comprensión, iluminamos el camino para los demás.

I started because I skeptically signed up for a course 9 years ago and that very first week I noticed changes.
I was going through a demanding time in my work and personal life. On the outside I looked calm and collected but I was anxious, couldn’t sleep, my mind was racing constantly. I tried to control everything and everybody, it was exhausting.
After a couple of days of meditating I felt at ease and I slept through the night, I also felt clear headed…. and from there the benefits kept accumulating. **** Empecé porque me inscribí escépticamente en un curso hace 9 años y esa primera semana noté cambios.
Estaba pasando por un momento estresante en mi vida laboral y personal. Por fuera parecía tranquila y serena, pero estaba ansiosa, no podía dormir, mi mente corría constantemente. Trataba de controlar todo y a todos, estaba agotada.
Después de un par de días de meditación, me sentí a gusto y dormí toda la noche, también me sentí despejada ... y a partir de ahí los beneficios se fueron acumulando.

I have meditated in subways, coffee shops, park benches, during bad movies, hotel lobbies, we don’t need a quiete place to meditate. This is great because it makes Vedic Meditation a very user friendly technique. I can’t imagine having kept up with it for nine years if every time I had to meditate I needed to find a sound proof studio. My teachers teacher used to say “Even in a noisy market you can mediate” Now we have Fresh Direct... but still. *****




I love Vedic Meditation because I can sit comfortably, wherever I am to practice it. The more confortable our bodies are...

I love Vedic Meditation because I can sit comfortably, wherever I am to practice it. The more confortable our bodies are the more our minds can find that calmness we are all craving.

I have a very active mind and it’s fine because thinking is a natural and expected part of meditation.
I’ve been meditating for almost 10 years 😳 and my meditations are as thought filled as they were when I learned. What’s the difference? I don’t care because I know that it means that meditation is doing its thing and working. It’s all part of the process and feels great.

Nope, you don’t have to give up anything. You can keep eating what ever you want. That being said, like many other meditators I did find that after some time my habits organically changed towards more healthy habits like eating a plant based diet.
