In the United States one in every five women are raped in their lifetime. On June 24, 2017 in Denver Colorado, we will be hosting an all day flash event to raise awareness in hopes of one day eliminating sexual harassment and assault

altogether. 10 talented tattoo artists are donating their time to give uplifting tattoos to our supporters. This event is in its third year, moving from Brooklyn to SLC to LA and now to Denver. We have raised thousands of dollars over the years and we are more than greatful for the support that we have recieved thus far. All money earned from this event will benefit The Joyful Heart Foundation. Their commitment to helping all those affected by sexual assault is widely regarded as one of the best in the country.

2015
we raised $15,000 which was donated to Take Back The Night. This money helped them with their new campaign, "Respect My Red" which brought education about sexual assault and rape to high schools across America.

2016
we raised $14,000 for the Joyful Heart in Brooklyn and another $17,000 in SLC which was donated to the Utah Rape Prevention Center. We hope to raise close to this in LA with your help!

2017
we raised $8,000 for the Joyful Heart Foundation in LA at the Martlett tattoo parlor. we hope to raise close to the 12k range in Denver! Cash and card will be accepted. You will not be able to choose the artist, but you will be able to choose from multiple flash the image that best suits you. First come first serve.

Our annual fundraiser is coming April 12, and this year we’re releasing a small limited presale collection to help build support leading up to the event.

All items are limited presale only and will be available until April 12 when our Still Not Asking For It flash fundraiser takes place.

This project has been one of my greatest priorities in tattooing since 2015 and continues to be one of the most important things I do each year — turning tattooing into direct community support.

SNAFI 2026 is here.

Still Not Asking For It is a flash tattoo fundraiser created to foster safer practices within the tattoo community and to support survivors of sexual violence.

Founded by Ashley Love and Jessica Pilar in 2015 at Allied Tattoo, SNAFI has grown into a global movement. With over 100 participating shops and more than $1,000,000 raised by 2021, we’ve seen firsthand what’s possible when our community moves together.

Last year, we evolved to make SNAFI more sustainable and accessible; we’ve introduced a standardized framework that allows aligned shops to host their own events while upholding shared accountability standards. We’re prioritizing education, trauma-informed practices, and genuine care for the communities we serve.

🗓 Official SNAFI Day: The second Sunday of April
(If it falls on Easter, we’ll gather the third Sunday instead.) This year’s date is April 12th.

Shops are welcome to choose alternate dates if needed, but we encourage participation on the official day whenever possible — there’s power in collective action.

100% of proceeds must be donated to a local or national organization of your choice.
Flash sheets are available for free use (with proper credit).
The “No Means No” design may be used with donation + citation.

If your shop is committed to safer, healthier practices and real accountability, we invite you to join us.
