ABSTRA NERO: helping sessions for mental retardation (MDD).
Mental retardation (MDD) occurs quite often in childhood ❗
❗Modern methods of medical and psychological correction cannot fully resolve this range of problems.
👉Our ABSTRA NERO team accepted this challenge and today offers you unique neuro-training sessions to restore neurobiological functions in children with mental retardation.
📈 According to international scientific research, it is observed in 12–20% of children.
Children with mental retardation are characterized by an early onset of mental retardation, always in infancy or childhood. In most cases, children with mental retardation suffer from speech functions, visual-spatial gnosis and praxis, underdevelopment of motor functions, as well as emotional-volitional and behavioral problems ❤️
Deficiency of cognitive functions and personal immaturity observed in childhood, in the absence of functional neuro-correction or psychological correction activities, often persist into adulthood.
📉Delayed mental development can be classified under the more general section “Disturbances of psychological development.”
👇 The disorders included in this block are characterized by:
• mandatory onset in infancy or childhood;
• disruption or delay in the development of functions closely related to the biological maturation of the central nervous system;
• stable course without remissions and relapses;
• decrease in delay or impairment as the child gets older, but mild deficiency often persists into adulthood.
📊 “Specific disorders of the development of learning skills”, from which disorders resulting from deeper mental retardation or caused by injury or brain disease are excluded.
👇This group includes:
• specific reading disorder;
• specific spelling disorder;
• specific disorder of arithmetic skills;
• mixed learning disorder;
• other developmental disorders of learning skills;
• developmental learning disorder, unspecified.
Thus, only the educational aspect of the problem of mental retardation is taken into account, since the disorders presented can only be identified from the beginning of systematic training. This approach cannot be considered sufficient and one-sided.
👇Children who show signs of mental retardation in early and preschool age are attributed:
• specific disorders of speech and language development (articulation, expressive or receptive speech);
• specific disorders of the development of motor function, suggesting a lack of fine and more coarse motor coordination;
❗In cases of mental retardation, general problems can be considered to provide neuropsychological assistance to children and adolescents; neuro-training from ABSTRA NERO can be recommended👇
• mixed specific disorders of psychological development, represented by a combination of equally expressed specific disorders of speech and language, motor coordination and learning skills.
It is indicated that these disorders are usually, but not always, associated with some degree of general cognitive impairment.
📊It is generally accepted that mild mental retardation can be identified before school age; in this case, neurocorrection is recommended, since registration of a violation of the formation of educational skills is not required, and violations of speech and motor coordination are considered against the background of mild, compared to severe mental retardation, general cognitive decline.
👇Children with mild developmental delays may also have “Behavioral and emotional disorders, usually beginning in childhood and adolescence”:
• hyperkinetic disorders, including “activity and attention disorders” or “attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,” as well as “conduct disorders,” which are age-inappropriate persistent patterns of dissocial, aggressive or defiant behavior.
💡ABSTRA NERO neuro-training sessions are based on functional processes that promote the development and synchronization of neural networks of the brain. With the functional integration of the brain's neural networks and their learning, mental processes important for the formation of speech, thinking, attention, memory, motor functions and praxis develop and form.
❝ Good afternoon My son, 9 years old, is diagnosed with mild mental retardation. I completed ABSTRA NERO sessions and was observed by doctors and took medications. My son’s thinking has improved, he wants to study himself, and this is great progress for us. Training has improved.
We made «Тomatis», but there were no results.
Many thanks to everyone who created such a program 😊
🔻ABSTRA NERO offers an optimal set of corrective functional neuro-training sessions in PC and VR performance (frequency, color, sound modulation). Sessions “gently” form stable inter-functional neural connections of the brain and “tune” mental processes for psychological development and successful social adaptation.

Abstra Nero: neuro-training and space flights, the problem of preserving the neuroplasticity of the astronauts' brain.
❗ Today, one of the problems of deep space exploration and long-term human stay in zero gravity remains the preservation of the normal functioning of the brain and all body systems. First of all, this is due to the lack of gravity and natural physical muscle loads.
👉 One of the solutions in a comprehensive program for mastering long-term space programs, to preserve the mental and physiological health of astronauts, can be neuro-training.
🧠 Neuro-training from Abstra Nero helps to preserve the function of the brain's neural networks and maintain neuroplasticity by reducing neuroentropy.
🛰️ Our brain changes as we age and grow here on Earth. But what happens to the human brain after a long stay in space?
📊 In a new study conducted jointly with the European Space Agency, researchers have studied how astronauts' brains change after flying to and from space. And they have shown how the brain adapts to spaceflight, finding that the brain is almost "rewired," with both fluid shifts and shape changes occurring. The researchers found that these changes can last for months after a person returns to Earth.
⚡ The strange changes in the brain the team observed were “very new and very unexpected,” said study leader Floris Wuyts, a researcher at the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
How to study the brain in space 👇
▶️ For this study, the international research team examined the brains of 12 male astronauts shortly before and after their missions to the International Space Station. They also observed the brains of these same astronauts seven months after returning to Earth. All of the astronauts in this study took part in long-duration missions that lasted an average of 172 days, or just over five and a half months.
⏩ “We initially focused on neuroplasticity, to see how the brain adapts to spaceflight,” Wuyts said, adding that the team also focused on the connections in the astronauts’ brains. “There has been a structural analysis [of the astronauts’ brains], but there hasn’t been a connectivity study yet,” Wuyts said. “With this connectivity paper, we’re finally getting closer to answers about this neuroplasticity.” To do this, the team used a brain imaging technique called fiber tractography, a 3D reconstruction method that uses diffusion MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) or dMRI scan data to study the structure and connections within the brain.
“Structural analysis [of astronauts’ brains] has already been done, but a connectivity study has not yet been done,” Wuyts said. “With this connectivity paper, we are finally getting closer to answers regarding this neuroplasticity.”
To do this, the team used a brain imaging technique called fiber tractography, a 3D reconstruction method that uses diffusion MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) or dMRI scan data to study the structure and connections within the brain.
“Fiber tractography provides a kind of wiring diagram of the brain. Our study is the first to use this particular method to detect changes in brain structure after spaceflight,” Wuyts said in a statement.
According to Wuyts, MRI data can tell researchers a lot about a subject’s brain.
“MRI looks at the structure at the level of gray matter (like the microprocessors in a PC) and white matter (the connections on the PC’s motherboard between all the processors). MRI also looks at the fluid in the brain. called cerebrospinal fluid (CSF),” Wuyts told Space.com.
What changes in the brain 👇
“After spaceflight, these structures appear altered, mainly due to deformation caused by the fluid shift that occurs in space,” Wuyts said. Interestingly, the team also found an increase in gray and white matter. In the brain, white matter provides connections between the gray matter in the brain and between the gray matter and the rest of the body.
In addition to this fluid shift, the team noticed shape changes in the brain, particularly in the corpus callosum, which is a large bundle of nerve fibers that Wuyts described in a statement as “the central highway connecting both hemispheres of the brain.”
It was previously thought that spaceflight could cause structural changes to the corpus callosum itself. However, the team found that the nearby ventricles actually widen, which shifts the neural tissue of this region around the corpus callosum, changing its shape, Wuyts explained. The ventricles of the brain are pockets that produce and store cerebrospinal fluid, the fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.
The researchers also “found changes in the neural connections between several motor areas of the brain,” lead study author Andrey Doroshin, a researcher at Drexel University in Pennsylvania, said in a statement. “Motor areas are the brain centers where commands for movement are initiated. In zero gravity, an astronaut must radically adapt their movement strategies compared to Earth. Our study shows that their brains are, so to speak, rewired.”
“We know from previous studies that these motor areas show signs of adaptation after spaceflight. Now we have the first indication that this is also reflected at the level of connections between these areas,” Wuyts added in a statement.
But these changes weren’t immediately noticeable after the astronauts returned to Earth. When the team scanned the subjects’ brains seven months after landing, they found that the changes were still present.
👉 What can be done?
This study is part of a growing number of studies examining exactly how spaceflight, especially long-term space travel, affects the human body. It’s not the end of our understanding of the subject, but it does provide new insights into how the brain can be affected, information that researchers can then use to better protect people going into space.
“Our study shows that we need to take countermeasures to ensure that fluid shifts and changes in the shape of the brain are limited,” Wuyts said.
Wuyts added that one measure that could reduce these effects would be artificial gravity. In theory, artificial gravity is created by inertial forces to replicate the feeling of gravity that we experience here on Earth. Known as the stuff of science fiction, scientists have begun to bring the concept to life in recent years.
"Using artificial gravity on board a space station or a rocket to Mars would likely solve the fluid displacement problem. A spinning donut, like in Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey, is a great example of what would be ideal. However, it is difficult to understand. However, it may be a way out. Future research will show this," Wuyts said.
📈 An integrated approach to space exploration is the preservation of humans and new technological advances.

ABSTRA NERO: neuro-processes of "nothing", brain energy-information functional transition through zero.
❗The Abstra Nero team in the field of research of functions of neural networks of the brain came to unique discoveries related to energy-information processes of the zero function. All vector functional energy-information processes in time add up to zero. That is, all neural networks initially have optimal energy-information optimization and can be functional indefinitely. But the processes of neuro-entropy over time increase the energy and information costs of the biological system, which ultimately leads to its complete disintegration.
🧠Abstra Nero neuro-training sessions synchronize the functional processes of neural networks of the brain to achieve optimal states of zero functions, which allows you to maintain mental and physiological health at any age, while remaining in a clear mind and prolonging active longevity.
⚡So how is zero or emptiness assessed by the brain? Here's what we know👇
▶️About 2,500 years ago in Mesopotamia, Babylonian traders first used symbols resembling two slanted blades to mark the space between numbers on clay tablets. These blades served as separators, helping to differentiate numbers like 50, 505, and 5005. This created an early version of zero, although at that time it still served as a separator rather than a number in its own right.
⏩A few centuries later, in the 7th century in India, zero took on a new role. It ceased to be just a symbol denoting the space between numbers and became a full-fledged number, finding its place on the number line before one. This discovery had a huge impact on the development of science and technology, giving rise to the laws of the universe, number theory, and modern mathematics. For the first time, zero allowed humanity to think more abstractly and perform complex mathematical calculations.
💧However, the concept of zero remained difficult to understand for a long time. Studies show that the human brain has a harder time processing zero than other numbers. Children learn zero later than other numbers, and adults take longer to read it. This is because to understand zero, the brain must recognize absence as an object, turning “nothing” into “something.” This makes zero one of the most abstract and difficult concepts to comprehend.
🧿Early Indian mathematicians called zero “shunya,” which means “emptiness” in Sanskrit. The concept spread through the Arab world to Europe thanks to Fibonacci, who brought it from North Africa in the 13th century. At the time, the idea of zero was highly controversial. The influence of religion was so great that many philosophers and theologians associated “nothing” with chaos and even with something diabolical. Some considered zero “the number of the devil.” However, merchants and scientists quickly realized the value of zero, especially in commercial calculations. By the 15th century, zero had become an integral part of mathematics and finance in Europe, although it had not lost its mysterious nature.
✨It is precisely because of its complexity and mystery that zero has always attracted the interest of scientists. Neurobiologist Andreas Nieder, who studies how animals and the human brain perceive numbers, calls zero the "eccentric uncle" among numbers. Research has shown that although the brain encodes zero on the number line, like other numbers, zero has a special status in the mind. Scientists believe that zero, as an object that does not physically exist, but is present in an abstract understanding, causes a unique reaction in the brain.
📊Neuroscience research has shown that there are neurons in the brain that “prefer” certain numbers. For example, there are neurons that respond more actively to the number three when three objects are placed in front of them, compared to two or four. This phenomenon is observed in both humans and animals such as monkeys and crows. However, until recently, no one had studied how exactly the brain perceives zero in humans.
📈The latest research, conducted by two independent groups of scientists, has shown that the brain encodes zero in a similar way to other numbers, but it stands out among them. The study by Benji Barnett from University College London and his colleagues showed that zero, as a number, causes the effect of numerical distance in the brain. This means that the brain finds it easier to distinguish between numbers if they are far apart on a number line (for example, 6 and 9) than if they are closer (for example, 6 and 7). The same effect was found for zero, suggesting that the brain perceives it as a normal number. But Nieder and his colleagues found that zero remains special: the brain has more neurons that encode zero than any other small number. This allows the brain to more accurately represent the empty set than other small quantities.
💥 However, despite this, studies have also shown that the symbol “0” on the number line is perceived by the brain as any other symbol, without causing any special reactions. This discovery highlights the dual nature of zero: as a purely mathematical symbol, zero is processed in the same way as any other digit, but as a concept, it remains unique.
💡These studies also open up interesting prospects for further study of how the brain processes not only zero, but also more general ideas of absence. Understanding how the brain recognizes the absence of something can shed light on more complex questions about the perception of emptiness and nothingness. Some scientists believe that the concept of zero may have evolved from a more fundamental notion of absence as a category similar to existing objects.
🧬Research in this area is just beginning, but it can already be said that zero remains one of the most interesting and mysterious concepts in mathematics and brain science.

ABSTRA NERO: consciousness as a form of natural life.
❗The Abstra Nero team, in its projects, develops the capabilities and concepts of the human mind. 🧠Balanced neural networks of the human brain and optimal functional interaction are a natural path to the development of full consciousness and physical health and longevity.
Another story that talks about the intelligence and awareness of life itself👇
▶️I was supposed to die on February 2, 2006. It was supposed to be my last day in the physical world, because that day the doctors told my husband and my family that I only had a couple of hours left.
I was dying from n-cascade lymphoma, a form of lymph node cancer. Before that day, I had been battling cancer for 4 years. For four years, this disease destroyed my body. It went through my entire lymphatic system, starting with the lymph nodes in my neck. Over the course of four years, I developed tumors the size of lemons, they were on my neck, arms, chest, abdomen.
By that time, even before my coma, my lungs were filled with fluid, and every time I lay down, I choked on this fluid. My muscles were completely destroyed, I weighed about 85 pounds. I looked like a skeleton covered in skin. I had open metastases on my skin, from which viscous toxins were leaking out.
I couldn’t digest food. I had a constant fever. I couldn’t walk because my muscles weren’t working, so I was either lying down or being wheeled around in a wheelchair. I was hooked up to oxygen the entire time, and without it I simply couldn’t breathe.
And that morning, February 2, 2006, I went into a coma. The doctors told me that these were my last hours because my organs were no longer working. My family was told that if anyone wanted to say goodbye, now was the time.
Unbeknownst to everyone around me, even though it looked like I was in a coma and my eyes were closed, I was aware of everything around me. I was aware of my husband: he was tired, but he was there, holding my hand. I was aware of everything the doctors were doing: how they were passing tubes through me, removing fluid from my lungs so that I could breathe. I was aware of every little thing that was happening, like I had 360 degrees peripheral vision. I could see everything that was happening around my body, not just in the room but outside the room. It was like I was so much bigger than my body.
I was aware that it was my body, I could see it lying on the hospital bed, but I was no longer attached to it. It was as if I could be everywhere at the same time.
Wherever I directed my consciousness, there I was. I was aware of my brother, who was in India. My body was in Hong Kong. He was rushing to catch a plane to see me. He wanted to say goodbye to me, and I was aware of that. It was as if I was next to him, seeing him on the plane.
Then I was aware of my father and my best friend, whom I had lost. They had both died. However, now I was aware of their presence next to me, guiding and communicating with me.
Another thing I felt in this amazing expanded state was that I was a world of clarity in which I understood everything. I understood why I had cancer. I understood that I was so much more, and we are all so much more and stronger than we realize when we are in a physical body.
I also felt that I was connected to everyone: the doctors, the nurses, my husband, my brother, my mother. It was as if we all shared one consciousness. As if I could feel what they were feeling.
I felt the suffering they were experiencing. I felt the abandonment of the doctors. However, at the same time, I was not emotionally involved in this tragedy, although I understood what they were going through. It was as if we shared one consciousness, when we are not expressed in a physical body, we are all expressed in one consciousness. That is how it was.
I felt like my father was trying to tell me that it was not my time yet, that I needed to return to my body. At first, I didn’t want to go back, I felt like I had a choice to go back or not.
I absolutely didn’t want to go back because I couldn’t find any reason to go back to a sick, dying body. I was a burden to my family, I was suffering, so there really wasn’t any good reason.
But then I realized that if I fully understood what had just been revealed to me, and understood why I had cancer, and decided to go back to my body, it would recover very quickly. And at that moment, I decided to go back.
And I heard my best friend and my father telling me, “Now that you know the truth, who you really are, go back and live your life without fear.” At that moment, I woke up from the coma.
My family was so happy to see me. The doctors couldn't explain it, they were very surprised, but they remained vigilant.
No one could know the consequences, I was still very weak. No one knew if I would stay conscious, recover or fall into a coma again.
But I knew that I would recover. I told my family: "I will recover, I know I will recover, my time has not come yet."
After 5 days, the metastases in my body had decreased by 70%.
After another 5 weeks, I was discharged from the hospital.
💥I was completely cancer free. Now I had to come back to life, and my life became completely different.
My perception of the world, our physical body, diseases changed. It was very difficult for me to connect this new understanding with my life. Probably the best way I can explain what I experienced is to use the metaphor of a "warehouse".
👉As if we are in a completely dark warehouse, where it is simply pitch black.
Right now, imagine that you are in a warehouse in a wholesale store, where it is completely dark. And you can’t see anything, because it is dark even in front of you.
🔦You have a small flashlight in your hand, you turn it on and light your way. You can only see the beam of this small flashlight. And all you can see is only the area of the room illuminated by the beam of this small flashlight.
💡When you direct the beam to one place, everything else remains in darkness. And then, at some point, a big light turns on, and the whole warehouse is now illuminated. And you realize that this warehouse is a huge place.
It is bigger than you could ever imagine. It is full of shelves with all sorts of things, everything you could imagine and even things you could not imagine, all on these shelves next to each other.
Some things are beautiful, some are not so beautiful, big, small, some are colors you have never seen before and did not even imagine that such colors exist at all, some are funny, they look ridiculous - all exist next to each other.
Some of these things you have seen before with the help of a flashlight, but many you have never seen, because the beam of the flashlight did not fall on them. And then the light goes out again, and you are left with only a flashlight.
And even if you again see only what is illuminated by a small beam of the flashlight, you now know that in fact all this is much more than you can see at the same time. Now you know that it exists, although you cannot see it and experience it. Now you know, because you have had this experience. That's how I felt. As if there is so much more than we can believe, than we have experienced. It's just beyond our flashlight.
To help you understand this better, I would like you to play a game now.
Look around you and find everything that resembles the color red, all shades from red to burgundy. Look and remember. Remember as much as you can, because I will ask you to reproduce it.
Now close your eyes, place your head straight and tell me how many objects you remember that are blue. Almost nothing, think about it.
Open your eyes and look around. See how many blue objects exist next to the red ones, but you didn’t even notice them. Why? You weren’t aware of them!
✨The beam of this flashlight is your awareness. When you shine your consciousness on something, it becomes your reality, what you experience. There may be something else right in front of your nose, but if your flashlight is not aimed at it, you won’t even notice it. Think about it.
