Wanted to share after trying delicious keto baked goods available in a local cafe in Bay Ridge, Clockface Coffee 🙂 The keto blueberry muffin was delicious as was the keto chocolate cake. So happy now when I grab coffee with a friend I can enjoy a treat too👏

Keto Bourbon “food court” Chicken with cauliflower rice.

Made this delicious recipe by .keto and I must say this taste so close to the real thing! I have been on a low carb/keto diet for over 2 years and this is one of the tastiest meals I have had and my wife and I will definitely repeat this recipe often.

This is an easy recipe to put together! Check out .keto for the recipe. the only variation I made was I used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.

Trust me, make this! You will not regret it and you will feel like you are eating at the food court, but minus the styrofoam.
