🌞Good afternoon, good afternoon 🌞 Happy Sun’s Day 🌞 I just brewed this medicine to first drink as a tea and then use the remainder for a post-period yoni steam after 🌺🧖🏾♀️
🪵Blue vervain: supports liver health and womb health, relieves anxiety, antimicrobial properties, antispasmodic
🌹Red clover: womb toner, skin glower, contains isoflavones which have estrogen- like influences in the body
🍃Bay leaves: digestive health (inflammation, bloating, constipation), an antibacterial; immune boosting (vitamins A, B6, C)
🌿Spearmint: lowers blood sugar, helps regulate hormone imbalances, mental clarity/ reduces headaches, soothes digestive system by reducing inflammation; helps regulate excessive heat in the body (which causes inflammation)
🍯Bring everything to a boil for 10-15minutes. Turn fire to low or off, cover and let simmer/steep for another 5 minutes. Strain a portion for a cup or two of tea; sweeten w/ honey if ya want. Sit/ supported squat over pot of remaining brew and the let vapors caress your flowervulvacoochiepussygenitals for up to 20 minutes or until the steam dissipates. I like to add a few drops of rosemary oil right before I sit and cover legs and pot in a blanket or towel for maximum steam power! Rinse or shower after.
