cheeky advice, stop cutting. every year the list gets shorter and every year you feel slightly worse, and you have decided that is just what a sensitive person looks like.

a shrinking safe list is not sensitivity, it is a gut lining letting things through that it should be holding back. you can remove foods forever and the reactions will keep finding new ones, because the problem is the barrier and not the menu.

i went from reacting to almost everything to eating normally, and none of that came from another elimination round.

save this for the day you are about to cut food number seven.

you spent the money on the supplements and the detoxes. you removed gluten and dairy.

you work out six days a week. and your body still refuses to let go.

so you assume you are the problem. that if you were just a little more disciplined it would finally click.

this was never a discipline problem. it is a root cause problem.

when your body is fighting inflammation, a hormone imbalance, or gut dysfunction, no amount of clean eating or cardio overrides it. there is a reason you are doing everything right and still stuck.

and there is a way out that does not involve trying even harder. you are not undisciplined.

you are underdiagnosed.

comment PROTOCOL and i will send you exactly how i help women like you get their body back.

i have spent years reading functional panels next to standard ones, and this is what has to happen before a result tells you anything useful. step one, start with the hyper specific symptom rather than the broad complaint.

not tired, but crashing at three no matter how you slept. step two, give that symptom a diagnosis instead of a label.

a cortisol curve that peaks at night is an answer, adrenal fatigue is a shrug. step three, hold your result against the optimal range rather than the reference range.

conventional ranges were built to catch disease across a population and they were never optimized for how one woman feels. step four, one marker at a time and no stacking, so you know what moved and why.

step five, close by going back to the symptom you opened with and check it against the number. nobody cares how polished the report looks.

it only matters if it explains the thing that made you go looking in the first place.
