💚 This month, we turn toward Loving.

As we continue our community journey through Healing Through Words by Rupi Kaur together, we’ll be exploring what it means to give, receive, and return to love — especially the love we offer ourselves.

In our circle, we’ll write, reflect, and gently practice softening toward the places within us that are ready to be nurtured. 🌿

There’s a quiet ritual that happens after every workshop I hold — the intentional reset.

Cleansing each bottle.
Replacing every tool with care.
Reflecting on the humming of community in action long after the last person exits the space.

This isn’t just “cleanup” for me… it’s a grounding practice. A way of pouring intention into the experience so that from the time when people arrive to the time that they leave, they can immediately soften, breathe deeper, and feel more present.

Last week, I prepared this space for a Wellness Wednesday aromatherapy workshop with the team at Steve Madden — where we explored how scent can support relaxation, focus, and overall wellbeing, even in the middle of a busy workday.

Because wellness begins long before the session starts.
It begins with intention. ✨

This year’s theme of Ancestral Intelligence (A.I.) emphasizes a resurrection by memory—memories rich with the tools needed to empower, envision, and create our community's future. We fully realize that our ancestors' technologies are valuable and that our
lives are worthy.

Summer #4 is out the gate! Another summer of guiding a new cohort amazing young people from our communities as they start their journey to become peer leaders. My work with is to create safe and collaborative spaces for teens as well as using intuitive cultural knowledge to discuss mental wellness in a way that's *meaningful and real* to them. Every year brings new stories, perspectives and moments of awe. These kids be knowing!

Today was holistic wellness 101 where they focused on *naming * their milestones/ lessons throughout the school year and having honest conversations about what their peers actually need support with💚
