A new TKD (system) that is a street combat self-defense system, not a sport. We were recognized and certified as a a new system of TKD called : Mang Ho Ryu TKD System in 1993. And promoted by Grandmaster Kang Rhee in my own system of Tae Kwon Do called : Mang Ho Ryu Tae Kwon Do System (which he named in 1993) Grandmaster 9th Dan highest rank in Tae Kwon Do in March 2017 and 10th Dan of my TKD System.

This is Jay's son Robert. My father wanted me to update everyone. He graduated out patient therapy after two months. He is going to have to have cataract surgery in the next two years. He is walking and talking better than before. He's hoping to return to Facebook next year. We thank everyone for the prayers.

This is Jay's son Robert. Wanted to update everyone on his progress. He's been doing out patient physical and occupational therapy. He is now off the wheelchair, walker, and cane. He is walking by himself! He's on a waiting list for out patient speech therapy. The therapists have said Martial Arts has played a major role in his quick recovery. God also has played a major role. Thank you all for the prayers.

This is Grandmaster Jay Blanton’s son Master Robert. My father had a stroke back in February. He also had to have all the top teeth and two of his bottom teeth removed. He had open heart surgery to replace a valve and a bypass. He is doing well and has been home since Easter weekend. He is doing rehab and won’t be on Facebook for a while. Keep him and my family in your prayers.
