For about the next 3 weeks I'll be harvesting spicebush from the Wilds of Appalachia
Known as Appalachian allspice, this bush seed creates two distinct flavors from one plant. The outer Berry creates a cinnamon like flavor , quite good on all different things
The inner seed when dried and cured can be ground into a citric pepper kind of spice. Prized by Chef's worldwide
95% of my seeds though will end up in nurseries . These nurseries will grow the plants out and use the saplings to help reforest damaged ecosystems , and help replenish areas that have been struck by wildfires
Be careful when harvesting, your teammate might accidentally smack you in the head with a tennis racket LMAO *Ouch* π€£
