Summer days have you feeling all hot and bothered? I got ya covered! Can’t cool down after a workout? I have an oil for that! ⁣

Oils such as Spearmint, Petitgrain, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Basil are known to be cooling to the skin. ⁣
⁣
To cool down, pick an oil and make yourself a cold compress. Add 1-2 cups of cool water to a bowl, add 5-10 drops of your essential oil and add ice. Swish the water around with a soft cloth, wring it out and apply to the head, back of neck, inner arms, back of legs. ⁣
⁣
I am using Spearmint today to cool down after my workout!
